RT Asynchronous The new line of RT buffers with the new asynchronous motor by Kunzle & Tasin is light years ahead of the competition and offers unique features that are currently unavailable. The materials used in the manufacture of the RT Buffer line are designed to enhance the end result and allow the operator to use the buffer trouble free. The basement is manufactured with a die casting mould that results in excellent finishing and resistance with the sanding surface. The handle is made completely of aluminum and is extremely durable because the attachment is part of the basement. This gives a high resistance even in the hardest conditions. Operator safety is always a consideration when designing Kunzle and Tasin machines and the RT is no different. The machine has two switches positioned on the top and on the bottom of the handle that makes the machine inoperable if the operator does not have complete control. This line of buffers with asynchronous motor a complete range of power: 1.5hp (140 rpm),1.8hp (140 rpm), 2.0hp (140 rpm), 2.5hp (140 rpm), 2.5hp(240 rpm), 4.0hp (140 rpm). Further Reading (PDF)
